TRANSFORMATION MULTIDIMENSIONAL HEALING
WHAT TO EXPECT
When you book an initial session with a full diet workup, you'll need to fill out a health assessment. This health assessment lists four categories of common physical symptoms. Please go over the list of symptoms and identify any you are currently or have recently been experiencing. Please be as honest as possible. Physical symptoms are powerful indicators of imbalances, and are part of what I use to identify possible vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
Based on your health assessment and a brief interview about your current diet and lifestyle, I will assess your current health level and pinpoint any likely nutritional deficiencies. Using a combination of muscle testing with intuitive guidance and knowing, I will then give you a list of your yes/no foods, food based supplements, and eating guidelines, custom tailoring the diet approach you should begin following. Overall, this means you will be eating the easiest-to-digest foods along with easy-to-digest food based supplements. If you are already eating a natural, whole foods based diet, the transition will be much smoother for you. If you are suddenly removing all processed foods, preservatives and chemicals, GMO's, pesticides, etc. from your diet for the first time, the shift into the diet may be more challenging for you, initially.
All bodies are unique and individual in the way that they heal. The body has access to innate Divine intelligence and the best path to healing, and will prioritize certain areas and issues. Trust that the body will correct most problems, given enough nutrients and time. Trust that the body always knows the best, most efficient path to its own healing.
Taking indigestible foods out of the diet frees up a ton of energy. Bodies will vary, but most people start feeling their overall energy levels rising relatively quickly. They start going through the day without dramatic dips in energy, like the mid-afternoon crash that is so common. Most people experience some of the following within a relatively short period of time: clearing of headaches, more emotional balance, clearer skin, regular bowel movements, no heartburn, raised energy levels, improved sleep, and stabilized weight.
For people carrying extra weight, most will experience some level of weight loss. Extra weight often comes not from overeating, but from eating indigestible foods and a lack of necessary nutrients. By removing these indigestible foods from the diet and ingesting the proper nutrients, most people easily lose 5-15 lbs. Carrying up to 20 extra pounds is usually mainly about cleaning up the diet. Over 20 lbs., and there are usually issues on the emotional, mental, and spiritual levels as well, tied to the extra weight. Often times overweight people are extremely powerful and sensitive energetically, and wear the extra weight as physical 'protection'.
After 3 or 4 weeks following your eating plan, you may find that you are increasingly sensitive to foods, especially food combinations, off the diet. Following the diet has not made you sensitive to these foods and combinations. The reality is you were already sensitive & reacting to them, your body just hasn't been clear enough to feel the stress of them before. Certain food combinations dull and numb out the body's senses & sensitivities, especially over long periods of time. You are feeling, possibly for the first time, exactly what a particular food has been doing to your system.
Remember, the increasing sensitivity is a good thing and is part of the overall process of gaining increased body awareness. As you get stronger and healthier, that journey of sensitivity and awareness only continues. Remember, the goal is to have the clarity to give the body exactly what it needs in every moment. Many people reach the point where they can simply look at or think about a food and feel whether their body is calling for it. Some people find this increasing sensitivity and awareness, as the body heals and comes into balance, leading to the opening and awareness of other abilities, reading energies, psychic gifts, etc.
As you follow your eating plan, your body will automatically begin the healing process, and one of the first things the body heals is enzyme levels. As more nutrients are available, the body can naturally increase its enzyme production. After 4-6 weeks of eating this stress-free approach, enzyme levels have usually increased enough that foods can begin to be added back into the diet. If this eating plan is followed closely, changes in the diet usually happen every 4-6 weeks thereafter. After 12-18 months of following this approach, most people can digest most foods again, barring certain food combinations which need to be permanently removed from the diet to maintain health. Also, since these Ascension energies are only going to be ramping up in the years to come, learning to lean towards the easy-to-digest foods when times are extra stressful, will help keep your body nurtured and in balance.
After our initial session, we'll check-in after 4-6 weeks, depending on what your body is calling for. If your body is very out of balance and unhealthy, it's possible you might follow the same diet for longer than that, before your enzyme production increases enough to start adding foods back in. Healing is a very individualized experience, affected not only by genetics but also your personality, and Soul path.
Our every perception is filtered through our physical bodies, and you would be astounded at how intensely your body being unhealthy and out of balance distorts your experience of reality. When your body, the physical vehicle for your consciousness, is out of balance, it's like being in a tiny boat tossed about on constantly stormy seas. As your body heals and comes more into balance, you will find yourself naturally experiencing more emotional balance and mental clarity. It becomes easier to separate your sense of Self from your emotional reactions and habitual thought patterns. You suddenly realize... the emotional rollercoaster, the self judgement, etc. is not who you are, it's just what you've been experiencing because your body is out of balance. The foundation to finding true healing on all levels of your being - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, is getting and keeping the body as healthy as possible.
While the initial session usually centers primarily on the body and diet because of the amount of information conveyed, it's in the follow-up sessions where the real fun begins. In the follow-up sessions, we'll talk about your experiences, how you're feeling, check your symptoms, answer questions that have come up, and add in any new foods to the diet, if appropriate. We'll also begin to deal with any issues that have started to surface for you on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Healing and Ascending is a whole being process. Healing the body is the foundation. As your body starts to come into balance, issues may emerge on the emotional, mental, and spiritual levels that are the underlying sources of any dis-comfort or dis-ease you may be experiencing.
